We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for marketing without your consent.
Booking a Consultation
Consultations are booked through Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. The details you enter are processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can prepare. Cal.com may store this information outside Canada.
Emailing Us
The Send an email button opens your own email app. Messages you send come straight to our inbox and are stored by our email provider. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry.
Cookies and Analytics
This website uses a small number of cookies to keep it working and, with your consent, to measure visits in aggregate. You can decline non-essential cookies, or clear them at any time in your browser settings.
Sharing Your Information
We share personal information only with the service providers who run this website, our scheduling and our email, and only as needed for that purpose. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.
